President Donald Trump will deliver a speech Monday night in Indiana, Pennsylvania, courting crucial battleground state voters with just a matter of weeks to go until the November election – and the crowds have shown up in full force.
Videos posted on social media showed massive crowds lined up outside the venue hours before the event was scheduled to begin, signaling positive local enthusiasm for the president’s speech – especially amidst rainy conditions.
The event is being held at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex and doors will open at 3:00 p.m. ET. President Donald Trump is scheduled to deliver remarks at 7:00 p.m. ET, according to the Trump campaign.
Pennsylvania is a highly coveted battleground state. A new survey of swing states from Redfield & Wilton showed Trump at a statistical dead heat with Harris in the Keystone State.
However, recent data from the Trafalgar Group showed Trump with a 2-point lead over Harris in Pennsylvania.
The newest data from Emerson College/The Hill also found Trump up one point over Harris in Pennsylvania, as well.
According to Team Trump, the president is also participating in a roundtable with Pennsylvania farmers on Monday “to address the threat of the Chinese Communist Party buying up farmland in America.”
