President Donald Trump spoke to Pennsylvania voters on Saturday, just hours after delivering remarks in the great state of Michigan – and he brought a message that strongly resonated with young and first-time voters.
“We’re going to turn our nation around,” he promised, as the energetic crowd waved “47” signs and cheered loudly.
“For all the young people here in Penn State and across America who may be voting for the first time, I want you to know that I am in this fight for YOU,” President Trump said during his remarks at State College.
“I didn’t need this,” he added.
Reviving American greatness and restoring her sovereignty forms the cornerstone of Trump’s campaign, and he reiterated his goal to accomplish these tasks while speaking on Saturday.
“The reason I’ve gone through all of these battles and endured all of the abuse…we want to make it so when your children come into prominence they’re going to take over something they can be SO proud of,” he said.
He continued, “They’re going to inherit something they deserve.”
The president reflected on the greatness of his first term, where economic dominance and military might were key to American strength. He also made an integral vow to young Americans who have been burdened by the failures of the Biden-Harris administration.
Trump explained, “Kamala will destroy your inheritance, but much more importantly she’s going to destroy your country. If you vote for me I will ensure that you begin your careers – young people – in a roaring economy in a time of unprecedented peace and prosperity.”
He reminded Americans that he was the first president in 82 years to NOT start any new wars during his time in the Oval Office.
“I will not send you to fight and die in foolish, never-ending foreign wars,” he promised.
The president further vowed to remove “wokeness” from schools, “end left-wing censorship” and “ensure that you inherit the freest, strongest, and MOST POWERFUL nation on the face of the earth.”
In an era of unprecedented inflation and economic hardship that has been thrust upon America’s youngest voters, the president’s message on Saturday offered the next generation a vision of hope and promise for tomorrow.
