President Donald Trump spoke Wednesday in Zebulon, Georgia at a faith town hall event, where he fielded questions and spoke candidly about the importance of the Christian vote in 2024.
“If you look over the last 30 years or so, for whatever reason, Christians are not tremendous voters…if they were, we’d never lose an election,” he said.
The president pointed out that despite this history, 2024 was likely to turn the tide. “We’ve really energized a lot of people this time,” he remarked.
Trump highlighted the “horror show” of the past four years under the Biden-Harris regime, which rocked the country to its core.
“We’re going to see those numbers go way up,” he said, referring to Christian voters.
“And by the way, record numbers of votes are coming in…that’s supposed to be a good thing for us!” he commented.
The president reminded the audience that this election needed to be “TOO BIG TO RIG.”
Importantly, the president also noted that “people are being persecuted, people of religion…it’s very bad.”
Trump hammered home his belief that there’s going to be a “BIG change” in this election as far as Christian voter turnout.
“Religion is like the glue that holds [the country] all together,” he remarked.
