President Trump held a press conference in Rancho Palos Verdes on Friday morning, using the spotlight to highlight the crestfallen political failures of California policies.
“We cannot allow Comrade Kamala Harris and the communist left to do to America what they did to the state of California,” Trump said.
The press conference was held at Trump National Los Angeles at his golf course fronting the Pacific Ocean.
“The state of California is a MESS with people leaving, and nothing’s going to stop them, they’re going to other states, they’re going to other countries,” Trump said.
He ripped into Kamala Harris for her record as a prosecutor in San Francisco and as the state’s former attorney general.
“She destroyed San Francisco and she destroyed the state,” he added.
President Trump decried the crumbling infrastructure and rising crime in San Francisco, noting that Kamala Harris was the “godmother of sanctuary cities.”
He pointed out that thanks to Kamala Harris’s current soft-on-crime approach and the open border crisis, she has had a hand in facilitating the “largest wave of sex trafficking and human trafficking in history.”
Trump also said thousands of illegal migrants are being flown across the border “and they’re being dropped into the midsection of our country.”
“I believe the real number is 21 million people who are here,” he noted, referring to the total projected number of illegal entrants who have come to America under the Biden-Harris administration.
“We cannot let this happen to this country – I will be your border president,” Trump vowed.
He also warned Americans that if elected, “Kamala will turn America into a poor, violent, third world refugee camp.”
