Kamala Harris has added a policy platform to her campaign website, and the issues outlined there present a bleak and dishonest copycat version of President Donald Trump’s Agenda47 policy proposals.
Harris’s policy page, located under the “ISSUES” tab on her website, includes the tagline, “A NEW WAY FORWARD,” which is silly, considering Harris herself represents 50 percent of the current administration. Ironically, her current campaign platform makes it seem like she’s running against…herself. How can she simultaneously promise positive change without acknowledging how badly the Biden-Harris administration has harmed America?
The Trump War Room on X was also quick to jump on Harris’s policy items, offering a long thread of rebuttals to her supposed objectives.
“She says her plan is a ‘New Way Forward,’ but she’s been in the White House for 4 years, and it’s been a total disaster,” the account stated.
Here are the ridiculous policy proposals from Harris, which attempt to move her platform toward the center – but Americans must keep in mind that Harris is perhaps the most radically pro-Marxist candidate who has ever run for office in America. Her policy pitches are hypocritical.
On one hand, she unknowingly acknowledges that the current administration (hers) is failing, because she’s vowing to carve out a “new way forward.” On the other hand, she’s disingenuously pivoting toward moderate promises with action items vowing that she will “secure the border” (where has she been for the past 3.5 years?).
Her platform is a collection of self-defeating claims which highlight her current failure and attempt to thinly piggyback off Trump’s Agenda47 platform, which is promising secure borders, lower taxes, global peace, and a roaring economy.
Here are Harris’s main issues:
- “Build an opportunity economy and lower costs for families.” Listed in this objective are things like cutting taxes for the middle class and growing small businesses and investing in entrepreneurs. The question, of course, is why hasn’t any of this been done under the CURRENT administration? Under the Biden-Harris administration, prices are soaring – a phenomenon largely driven by the price of energy, thanks to current leaders’ aversion to drilling for domestic oil and investing in energy production at home. Since 2019, the average price of kilowatt per hour has increased by just over 28 percent, per CBS. Higher energy prices means higher prices everywhere, whether it’s manufacturing, farming, or simply running the fridge at home. The added infrastructure burden of housing, feeding, and assimilating millions of illegal migrants into the U.S. over the past three years has also had a profound effect on the middle class – Americans are competing with noncitizens for things like healthcare and education.
- “Safeguard our fundamental freedoms.” Perhaps most bombastic among Harris’s claims is the purported aim to “restore and protect reproductive freedoms,” and “protect civil rights and freedoms.” Harris is very radical on the issue of abortion. Her idea of reproductive freedom includes federalizing abortion rights (despite SCOTUS’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade in 2022) and she has, in the past (in California), worked to block pro-life pregnancy centers encouraging adoption and life, via The 19th. According to Harris’s site, she’ll also make sure to “enshrine voting rights protections,” which is code for making sure vote-by-mail is made permanent. Couple that with her inclination toward giving mass amnesty to the millions of illegal immigrants who have entered the country, and Harris’s platform contradicts itself in the next bullet point.
- “Ensure safety and justice for all.” Yet another ambiguous and broad claim from Harris, which her campaign uses to focus on gun control, tackling the fentanyl crisis (again, this is HER administration’s fault), and ensuring “no one is above the law.” She even laughably has a bullet point committed to securing the border and fixing “our broken immigration system.” Is this real life? Harris herself is the border czar, and she has allowed mass illegal migration, which has heavily contributed to the fentanyl epidemic and the uptick in violent migrant-linked crime. Her support for amnesty is also completely antithetical to her purported support for fixing the “broken immigration system.”
- “Keep America safe, secure, and prosperous.” Yet another example of Kamala’s MAGA-lite agenda, which uses similar word choices to President Donald Trump’s campaign as she makes a desperate bid to appeal to moderate voters. In this area, her website claims that she will “stand up to dictators, and lead on the world stage,” as well as invest in “America’s sources of strength.” How can she claim this with any modicum of integrity? The world has dissolved into chaos while she has been in the White House. These claims are beyond silly – they are astronomically insulting to any American with more than two brain cells to rub together.
