Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson must take Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name off the November 2024 ballot in the state, according to the Michigan Court of Appeals.

This comes after the Independent candidate suspended his campaign and endorsed President Trump.

Kennedy had sought to remove his name from the ballot in the state.

“Michigan’s corrupt Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is already engaging in election interference by keeping RFK Jr.’s name on the ballot. This is just one of many examples of what they’re doing to keep Trump out of the White House…,” alleged Rudy Giuliani on social media.

Giuliani is the former mayor of New York and a well-known attorney. He has also been an ally to President Trump.

Michigan Secretary of State Benson previously said that candidates who were nominated “and accept a minor party’s nomination ‘shall not be permitted to withdraw,’” on X, citing Michigan law in a rebuttal response to Giuliani’s statement.

North Carolina must also remove Kennedy’s name from the ballot in 2024, according to the state’s appeals court on Friday, halting the mailing of such ballots as the 60-day countdown to Election Day has begun, according to the Associated Press.
