American elections are anything but efficient – that much has become abundantly clear since the presidential election in 2020, when internal rot and county corruption were evident seemingly everywhere.
The term “election integrity” has been widely circulated in the wake of the disaster that was 2020, but perhaps it was disastrous by design. In the first installment of this special conversation with Colonel (Ret) John Mills, we defined the term Deep State and took a closer look at who they are and what they do.
If you haven’t read Part 1, please do so. The knowledge there will be integral in understanding today’s installment.
County-level election control
With Election Day 2024 sprawling before us, many Americans are concerned that the results will be greatly affected by cheating or fraud. In fact, a recent Marist Poll found that 58 percent of Americans are “either very concerned or concerned that voter fraud will occur this year.”
Mail-in ballots have overcomplicated vote-counting processes and opened the door for murky situations and elongated counting times, sometimes lasting days or even weeks.
But how did we get here? Why do key counties in battleground states – like Maricopa County in Arizona, for example – claim that it could take days to count their votes? And since when did this become an acceptable expectation for American elections?
It comes down to a lack of local involvement and a misunderstanding of what civic duty should look like.
“Patriots, come on! You’ve got to think deeper than this,” Mills told Write Revolution News.
In the first installment of this series, Mills discussed how the Deep State deploys its financial power to local counties in America – important counties that tilt the scales in national elections. He said there are around 30 “dirty counties” that are impacted heavily by this. Simply put, the majority of election workers and county clerks (or registrars), are Democrats, according to Mills.
“You’ve got to get involved in the election process,” Mills said. “…Not as an election observer, that’s a total waste of time.”
Many election integrity advocates often encourage American citizens to become poll watchers, but according to Mills, this is a vacuous position that lacks teeth.
Mills explained, “Most of the grifters from the GOP, the county GOP, the state GOP and the National RNC – I’m not going to name any names – but those that declare themselves the experts on election integrity, say, ‘Oh, be a poll watcher.’ Total waste of time! They are intentionally deceiving you.”
Instead, Mills urged Americans to become election officers and county clerks.
“97 percent of Americans need to work BEHIND the counter as an election officer and I say this until I’m blue in the face,” he remarked.
Election officers work at polling places and are paid. Their job is to ensure the election is conducted lawfully.
Anyone can apply to be an election officer or a county clerk, but Republicans simply don’t tend to take those positions, which allows these small but important roles of authority to be held by the opposing party, in many cases.
Mills added, “What do you think is more important? Somebody standing in front of the counter, looking for the hamburgler that doesn’t exist? That’s not how the votes are being stolen! You’ve got to get BEHIND the counter and be an election officer.”
This is a topic Mills is passionate about. “Do you guys want to win? Do you believe in our constitutional republic?” he remarked.
And he makes excellent points. With just a handful of counties able to tilt the national election results one way or the other, the power doesn’t truly come from Washington. No – the power is locally based, and Americans have the civic leverage to ensure the playing field is clean and fair.
“For crying out loud, patriots, apply for those jobs, because they’re running the tables on this,” Mills said.
In the absence of civic involvement from patriots, county-level processes have been infested with dark money from entities like George Soros or Arabella. “It’s sickening,” Mills said. “…They’ve stolen the country not at the swamp level, they’re stealing it out from under our feet right at the county level.”
Truly, civic involvement and civic duty have taken a backseat for the majority of Americans. Most Americans will never cast a single vote, much less work as an election officer. And it is this apathy – rooted in civic ignorance – that gives the powerful apparatus of the Deep State total control of the board.
“The communists are relentless busybodies that make the time because they know the levers of control are the local level, and they make the time to make sure that they control those levers,” he said.
Winning in 2024
With the Deep State playing chess and conservatives often playing checkers, it seems impossible to imagine that America can truly be saved from the rot destroying us from within. And yet, there is hope.
“We want to scream at the swamp in Washington, D.C.,” Mills said. “Hey – if we had clean counties we wouldn’t have a swamp in Washington, D.C., [and] we wouldn’t have globalists.”
Local level involvement seems to be the key to taking America back from the communists, and looking at it this way remarkably makes the task more accessible for Americans. While most citizens will never run for Congress, everyone has the ability to get involved in their county election processes, local school boards, city councils, and beyond.
But what about the national election on November 5? It is imperative to ensure Kamala Harris does not assume office in 2025, which means President Trump’s campaign must be successful. Will the election be free and fair? Clearly, it hasn’t been free nor fair up to this point, but this time, patriots are going into Election Day with their eyes wide open.
Mills encouraged Republicans to engage in legal ballot harvesting if their state allows it and encourage their friends and neighbors to cast their ballots and then deliver them to the ballot box.
“It’s the law, use it!” he said.
Will the presidential election be “too big to rig,” as President Trump often says?
“I think it’s going to be a messy period in November and December but we have to hold firm and not relent because you bet they’re going to try and play games with this,” Mills said.
He pointed out that there are many people who don’t want to go to prison for betraying their country, and therefore they will fight hard to block Trump from winning the presidency, which would be a slam dunk in a clean election.
“Those 51 intel officers don’t want to go to prison for their lies, so they are going to use dark money, Arabella, Soros, Chinese money – they’re going to do everything to try to win,” he said.
Despite the challenges facing Americans, the message is clear: apathy has no place in this current political climate. To restore freedom, everyone must be engaged and alert at the local level, and that involvement must be maintained to ensure this does not happen again. Keeping the republic, after all, is a full-time job.
“If we get off the couch and get in the game we WILL win,” Mills concluded.
